The Control4 system is powerfully supported by our custom networking & WiFi solution which serves the property inside and out.
All hardware installed in a way that was discreet (basement rack) and blended in with the modern design.
Full video switching connected to 5 TVs around the home controllable via an app, handheld remotes and dedicated touchscreens located throughout.
Additionally, we added garage door automation and security system integration for added peace of mind.
This villa was designed by Individualarcht and built by Globo Menedzsment KFT.
This panoramic villa is located on the border of the II. and III. district. From concept through design, we assisted our client with electrical layouts, networking, AV, and technology systems integration in this newly built detached villa.
Using custom-made Triad speakers, this villa has 8 zones of music, with provision for more in the future. There are 4 TVs and one Digital Projection projector in the home all streaming HD content distributed from a central rack location.
This means our client can watch anything on TV, and seamlessly move into another room and keep watching. The house has music streaming throughout. Listening to a favourite Spotify playlist in the kitchen for example, means he can walk onto the terrace and the music will follow.
We integrated the various smart technologies in the property (Chameleon lights, ICON thermostats, Paradox Security) for use with our single interface solution from Control4, including all lighting, music, a surround sound home cinema, security, CCTV, fireplace, shutters, pergola, thermostat, blinds, TVs, wifi, intercom – and even the garage door.

This corporate meeting room system needed to be able to connect to AV systems regardless of the device , without cables and simple to use.
The audio system required an upgrade due to poor sound quality. The outdated AMX system needed replacing as it had become too difficult to maintain.
A new Crestron control system was installed and programmed to replace the AMX system. Major upgrades to the sound system were undertaken using new radio frequency shielded microphones and a complete reconfiguration of the sound processor.
